For 717 Real Estate, I developed a personalized WordPress website that showcases Steve Voorhees’ extensive 20-year experience in the real estate industry. The site highlights his specialized expertise in serving first-time home buyers, seniors, and investors, as well as his unique status as one of the few Green Certified Realtors in the 717 area code. I designed the platform to include a dynamic blog section, allowing Steve to share his insights on sustainable building practices and local real estate trends. This custom solution gives Steve greater control over his online presence, complementing his standard realtor portal. The website effectively communicates Steve’s professional achievements while also capturing his personal interests in nature and birding, creating a more engaging and relatable online persona. This tailored digital approach has enhanced Steve’s ability to connect with potential clients and establish himself as a knowledgeable, approachable real estate expert in his community.
